  Made an appointment to see a particular doctor, attended at appointed time and indicated I had an appointment with the nominated doctor, waited for ages and then without explanation was called by a different doctor for the consultation. It seemed to me the reception lady was personable but not the most ideal person there in a busy practice with multiple doctors. I dont think I can put that nicer.
